price for what you get. bad water, sometimes stopped mid shower. bed was horrific, springs poking out. doors locked at night without communication and man sleeping in corridor wouldn’t wake up, had to climb a fence everyday past 22:00

I booked this hotel for 4 days when I arrived into Hoi An, I extended for another 5 days because of the great location. Close to beach, food, not noisy.

Bathroom gets wet because shower has no curtain. Easy to fix if they wanted to

Very affordable and close to the beach as well as great food. We've been to Da Nang, Hanoi and Saigon and some best food we had in our entire trip are the next door shops to this hotel.

Good location to beach, comfortable stay - friendly staff. Nice choice 3 for breakfast. A lovely start to my day.

Great location and very comfy bed.

When I woke up the aircon had been leaking and made the floor all wet and slippery. The bathroom shower head didn’t reach to fit on the wall hold so I had to shower and wash my hair holding the shower head in my hand. Bathroom was dirty. We also had a smart tv but nothing worked on it.

The location was good for us 2 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to Hoi an old town where it's much busier with all the markets etc.Staff were friendly and helpful, Nice size room with balcony, comfortable bed and value for money.

There was only one bedside unit, we struggled to regulate the temperature on the shower and no shower curtain or angle on the shower head so the water went all over the flour.

Good room for the price. Very helpful and friendly staff One minute walk away from the Beach I had a bath in my room. And there was enough warm water to fill it I had a balcony which was great

room 409 is on the top floor and faces the river. so the scooter noise is low.one block from Cua Dai beach

there was a mosquito in my room once.I was woken up every day at 5am by market preparation noisesthe hotel next door was renovating and also made a lot of noisethere was a strange smell (which I realized later may be related to insects)the day after I left I woke up with insect bites. It is possible that the bites came from this hotel and appeared afterwards (this can happen).

For the price, this is great value. Large airy trim with all the necessary fittings. Huge bed. Air con and large clean bathrooms.

If you want to be near the historic Old Tien then at about 5km away it is a bit far. But saying that, Grab is quickly and cheaply available.

Staff is amazing! Trang at reception was very kind, helped us with every question we had and gave a lot of recommendations. Hotel is located very close to the beach.

Staff were helpful and balcony was nice. Hired a bike from hotel which was quick and easy.

Not much to do around it.

Clean rooms with daily cleaning and very nice staff! It' right next to the beach and about 15min to the old town with the bicycle or 10min with the scooter.

Kind of old facilities, loud street noises

Very cheap location near the beach (3 minute walk). Not always that easy to find a Grab for a ride to the old town as the location is less busy and roughly 5 km away from the city centre. The hotel was not clean, it is not that bad that you can not stay there but I would next time search for another hotel. We got no fresh towels, the mattresses and sheets were stained and damp, and really hard for my taste. The room was quite humid and the bathroom was really dirty. We showered and the floor became black from dirt. The street sellers try’s to scam tourists for instance the prices for scooter rental are way too high.

It was in a great location, right beside Cua Dai beach and not far from An Bang Beach. Hoi An old town was only 10 minutes on a scooter.The hotel worked perfectly for us and it was very reasonably priced.

I can't say I didn't like much to be honest. Maybe it's not for everyone but it worked perfect for me and I'm usually picky.

Room with balcony was really good value for money. Mattress was comfortable, wi-fi and air-con was good.
